Subscription and billing

Price and period

Premium comes in two plans. The app store shows each price in your local currency before you buy. Taxes may apply.

• Monthly: $2.99 per month (subscription).
• Yearly: $19.99 per year (subscription).

Who charges you

Apple (on iPhone) or Google (on Android) charges your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. We never see your card number.

Automatic renewal

The monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically every month or every year at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.

How to cancel

• iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Sunbell > Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Sunbell > Cancel.

Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.

Free trial

The 7-day free period in the App does not ask for payment details and does not turn into a paid subscription by itself. When it ends, you continue with the free version unless you choose to buy Premium.

In the free version you can also turn on one Premium Day each week. It unlocks the Premium features from the moment you turn it on until noon of the next day. It is free, does not ask for payment details, and does not start a subscription.

Refunds

Payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law or by the refund policies of Apple or Google. Apple and Google decide refund requests: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through Google Play.

Restore purchases

If you change phones, use "Restore purchase" in the Premium screen with the same Apple ID or Google account.
